Which files can I use?

CSV or XLSX item schedules, and PDF BOQs or specifications. Files can be up to 25 MiB each; PDFs up to 100 pages. Larger or unreadable files need splitting. Scans and drawing geometry cannot be interpreted reliably; unreadable content is flagged instead of guessed. Start with a partial project brief and choose the source versions you want to process after upload.

What do the results include?

A source-linked reference item list with missing or conflicting details flagged, plus a preparation export. Results are generated automatically without platform staff review and can contain errors. Reference budgets use quotation evidence you supply. Missing prices remain unknown, and partial subtotals identify their scope.

Exports do not schedule a staff response, contact suppliers, create purchase orders or authorize payments.

How are my documents handled?

Your project requires your own verified permissions. Public analytics do not run in the project workspace. The workspace shows the current processing policy before upload, including any approved external provider.

Selected source text is processed by Groq under the operator-confirmed zero data retention setting. Resend delivers project-access emails; that AI retention setting does not apply to email or Cloudflare storage.

After project closure, original and derived content are retained for 90 days. Deletion requests remove access immediately and trigger automatic live-content cleanup within seven days. Database recovery copies and protected operator backups may retain older data for up to 30 days.
